General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to consult your doctor as this inflamed spot on the penis is not a good sign and if it's causing you symptoms as well you need to get complete blood tests as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
