Suggest Remedies For A Fatty Liver With Borderline High Direct Bilirubin Level

I am a 60 years old person taking CardaceH 2.5 for hypertension My Cholesterol levels are within the normal limits but on the border Same is the case with my Direct Bilirubin level Physically I am on the heavier side and an abdominal USG showed initial stages of fatty liver I would like to know if Liv 52 will be of use. Or else what should I take

Thanks for asking.
In case of higher direct bilirubin levels, it's causes must be ruled out like obstructive jaundice. You haven't mentioned any symptom so I can't comment on it. Fatty liver doesn't cause higher bilirubin levels.
For fatty liver, no treatment is required. Exercise regularly or do brisk walk for 30mins 5 times a day. Eat healthy diet with low sugar content (esp. refined sugar). Maintain cholesterol and other lipids levels in a normal range. Be compliant to antihypertensive medications & keep a record of your BP. Decrease salt and fatty food intake.
