Suggest Remedies For A Lipoma Above The Right Shoulder Blade

I have a lipoma above right shoulder blade and below right shoulder. My doctor also said I have bursitis on right shoulder along shoulder cuff. I worked out using weight machines on 7/4. There is a 5X5 cm Lipoma formed and it really hurts. At the same time, my neck is very tight and hurts to bend neck down. I also have shooting pain down right arm down past wrist and fingers are tingling and numbness. Are all these related? Doctor gave me an order to have Xray to right shoulder. Is this going to sufficient or should they Xray neck also?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion X-ray of the neck is also important to look for spondylosis. if lipoma is hurting you then get it operated. for spondylosis and neck pain, physiotherapy will help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
