Hello I have a lump on scrotum it s about 1 in long and it doesn t roll when I do a testicular self exam. It feels very solid and it s the right testicle feels very small compared to left testicle. The lump is on the right. I had a undecened testicle when I was born and they surgically dropped my testicle. So I o ow I am more prone to testicular cancer. So what do I do?
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM A testicular lump will need to be investigated. Many medical conditions may present as a lump in the testes. It could be a cancer, orchitis, cyst, or a hernia.I will suggest you see a Urologist for examination and investigation.A testicular ultrasound may help to reveal the nature of the lump.Treatment will depend on the cause of the lump. Hope this will help Best regards
