Hi I have my 10 month old niece she is screaming and won t Seattle I ve changed her nappy n found a lump in the crese of her inner leg more were the nappy would sit in wiping it she screams and is in alot of pain its looks dark red n purple under the skin were lump is sat donut do

I have seen so many patients with same condition. This is very common in pediatrics. But, in such cases physical examination is very important. So, it will be better to consult dermatologist.

Till the time of consultation, you can give pain relieving medicine like syrup-Ibugesic-Plus (if no allergy), 3.75 ml, 3 times in a day for a day or two.
