Suggest Remedies For A Scratch On The Arm From A Rusted Metal Fence

I scratched my arm on a fence felt it but went into the store shopped for a while there was a little blood wiped it with a tissue that was it. Got back to my car looked at the fence and the metal holding the fence to the pole had a jagged edge on the bottom showing some rust. I am guessing this is the part that scratched me? Do I need a tetanus shot?

You have to get a tetanus shot. It is a high-risk injury and thus tetanus shot is a must.
