Suggest Remedies For A Wound On The Penis

Dear sir ,I got cuts on my foreskin of penis and little redness and bleeding at my every sex.one thing I also want to add that my frenulum is still attached to glans of penis.please tell me ,does cuts occur due to friction,dryness , or due to frenulum attachement

I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1) First of all do not panic.
2)Your symptoms are most likely to be due to dryness, friction and subsequent infection.
Usually, frenulum attached to glans does not lead to such symptoms.
3) I will suggest you to take a 3 days course of Azithromycin 500 mg once a day and apply ointment containing antibacterial , anti fungal and mild steroid locally for 5 days.
Please abstain from sex till wounds heal completely.
4)Please indulge in foreplay for more time, stimulate your partner to get good amount vaginal secretions before starting penetrative sex.
If needed use water based lubricant like K- Y jelly for lubrication and prevent friction.
