My husband has his appendix removed 2 weeks ago. It was so inflamed he has to stay in the hospital for 3 days total to get rid of the infection. When he originally went to his doctor he was experiencing a very full feeling, bloating. The cat scan revealed his appendix issue. They removed it but the bloating is a huge problem. He followed up with the surgeon and all was fine. His apt with his regular doctor is still 6 days out. The severe bloating is extremely painful. A bottle of water blows him up but he refuses to go to the emergency room, as they are often useless. Any ideas?
