Suggest Remedies For Abdominal Discomfort, Constipation And Recurring Headaches

Hi sir, I am from Afghanistan, I have some time pain in stomach , constipation and less Diarrhea too, and also some time I feel headache especially when I am hungry I mean with empty stomach I become soon headache, and also my finger s nails or not normals, they changes their shapes every time, my hands and foots finger s nails have small small wholes and small breaks, people say me you have no more blood you are like anomia. So please ordere me drugs

I understand your problem..
Anaemia is reason behind your repeated headach.
Please mention your hemoglobin level.

Iron deficiency anemia may cause spoon shape nail ,weakness and easily feel tied. ....

Low blood sugar level lead to headach problem.
If your hemoglobin level less than normal range than start oral iron tablet under doctor's suggestion.

For increase your hemoglobin level eat food like beet, khajur, green leaf vegetables....etc.
Maintain your blood sugar level. Eat your food at proper timing don't delay it.

For constipation problem drink more water and take high fiber foods like whole grains, oats.....etc.

Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, carbonated drinks, cauliflower, turnips...etc.

In severe constipation problem psyllium can use.
Consent a physician for further treatment.
