Suggest Remedies For Accidental Ingestion Of Nasal Drops By A Child

My mother was trying to give her grandson some Calpol after he d been for his jabs to ease the discomfort. What she didn t realise it that they were nasal drops not a liquid oral formula for his mouth. He only had a very very small amount. He s been absolutely fine, no reactions or anything. Should she worry?

Hello,

She accidentally given very small amount of nasal drop to him. The nasal drop mostly contain saline or decongestant drug within it. Moreover, the child doesn't have any reaction. Don't worry about that incidence.
