Suggest Remedies For Acidity, Insomnia And Burning Sensation In Throat
Hi, I am working in one pvt. company from 6pm to 4am and reaching at home around 5:30am. Currently I facing some acidity and sleeping problem. In acidity, I always feel my stomach is burning till my throat. Also I am not able to sleep continuously minimum 6-8hrs. So can you advice me some tips and help me which diet should I follow.
You can use a diet with low acidity foods avoiding fruit juices, orange juice. You may need to eat often, frequently and in small portions. Sleep with several pillows on head. Don't eat at least 3 hours before sleep. Taking antiacids such Pepto-Bismol or maalox can help. You may need to take ppi such omeprazole to cure it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
