Suggest Remedies For An Abscess On The Leg From IV Use

I have a large abscess on my leg from iv use. It busted on its own draining blood and a yellowish liquid but within a day has turned black it s still draining just didn t want it to turn into MRSA have had abscesses before just never turned black. Thanks
