Hi there, I suffered with anxiety and panic for just under a year due to a bad relationship ending with an alcoholic. Over the last few months i have been doing great and even got off my medication! The last couple we weeks, i have been feeling more anxious and the last two day have brought on panic attacks(smaller than before) is relapsing back into anxiety common?
Advice 1. Escitalopram 5 mg in the morning orally for 2 months 2. clonazepam 0.25 mg per oral at bed time for 2 months 3. Appreciate your special qualities 4. Take yourself positively 5. Forget the past 6. Stop worrying 7. Schedule enjoyable events and activities 8. Play with children and talk with elderly 9. Exercise at least half an hour in a day 10. Practice meditation 11. Discuss your problem with your family 12. Consult a psychiatrist for further counseling and follow up Thanks
