Suggest Remedies For Arthritis In Both Legs
my question is, on Monday I plan to go and c a doctor to get cortozon shots in both knees I was diagnois in having arthristis in both knees, will I be able to recover quickly as in a day or two, so that I can return back to work? I was told either lose the weight or have surgery, I want to lose weight, I can t lose weight if my knees r hurting me really really bad. this is the reason why I m going this route, in getting the shots. thank you

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
