Suggest Remedies For Back And Shoulder Pain In A Person With Cervical Spondylosis
I HAVE CERVICAL SPONDYLYSIS FOR LAST 8 YEARS. NOW A DAYS I FOUND THAT IN MY LOWER LUMBER PORTION VERY CURBED THAN EARLIER WHICH CAN VISIBLE FROM THE LOWER PORTION OF BACK. PAIN IN ARROUND THE BACK SOULDER, LEGS IF ANYBODY PRESS THAT AREA I FEEL RELAX. I AM 38 YEARS OLD MAN.

It may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level due to spondylosis.
For further assessment, you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
You may require tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin.
Do regular physical therapy after physiotherapist consultation.
