Suggest Remedies For Back Pain Causing Trouble In Moment In Certain Direction

My son injured his back the other day by bending funny while playing in a bounce house. He says it does not hurt most of the time, but when he bends a certain way or puts any pressure on the area that he hurt, the pain comes back. There is no visible bruise and the musicles are relaxed and the spine itself appears normal.
