Suggest Remedies For Belching And Gas Post Recovering From Acute Pancreatitis

I had acute pancreatis about 4 weeks ago. I have had a ct scan shows things normal. I have had eud showed some inflammation of pancreas and gastritis. This test was yesterday. Last night started hurting but it did let up. All day today have not felt good and have had a lot of gas and belching. I am taking omeprazole 20mg every morning. Just don t understand why I am not feeling better.

Such abdomen pain is challenging because it may due to simple colic and it is the most common complaint seen but some time it may due to some big pathologies but for all of these requires many test, in my opinion till then it can be managed with Dicyclomine and Omeprazole, second to rule out the possibilities of intestinal pathologies and abdomen illness requires many tests, in many cases it may be functional elements playing the role, hope this information helps.
