Suggest Remedies For Body Pain And Fatigue While On High BP Medications
I have chronic widespread body pain. It s all the time. I feel fatigued, have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I ve gained about 40 lbs over the last three years and haven t changed my eating habits. I retired from the military in 2012. The pain has seemed to have gotten worse since then. I take medicine for high blood pressure and high cholesterol, estrogen and an antidepressant. I still work providing childcare for a 2 yr old.
* Best recommended molecule for body pain and fatigue in a patient with high BP would be either paracetamol ( 650 mg ) or tramadol hydrochloride ( 37.5 mg ) to be consumed after meals.
* A basic physical examination is mandatory to look into matter either there is any systemic cause of the same to conclude at the end.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
