Suggest Remedies For Breathing Problem In A Child
Hello doctor My daughter ped doctor diagnosed my 4 year old with enlarged adenoids. She had a surgery before 2 months using Adenoid coabilation technique but still she is having same breathing problem. Pls suggest me what to do and the best sleeping position for my child Thanks

Your child might have blocked nose which might cause her problem with breathing while sleeping.
I would suggest you talk to your doctor and consider the use of Loratadine and nasal steroid spray (beclomethasone) to reduce the inflammation in the nose and help with the breathing through the nose while she is sleeping.
