Suggest Remedies For Breathing Problem

Hey docter, my friend who is 17 years old has been facing breathing difficulties since childhood, but is not an asthma patient, but faces difficulty in breathing .. she takes in medicine but after sometime she feels the same problem again.. give me some help..

I have read through your query and I can understand your concern.
I would like to point out that your friend must be having an hyperactive airway disorder wherein, anything that triggers the airway system causes him/ her to become breathless. I would suggest you to consult with a doctor in your area and to get a proper physical examination done for a definitive diagnosis. In that case, your friend should be put on a bronchodilator and sometimes on a steroid to reduces the number of attacks.
