Suggest Remedies For Bruising And Tenderness In Shin And Bottom Of The Foot

i had a bad shin bruise last weekend that seemed to be better the first of the week until I flew home Wednesday and by the end of Thursday after sitting most of the day the bottom of my foot is all bruised and it appears the bruise has gotten bigger and definately more tender around the spot. From my shine to the bottom of my foot you can see bruising under the skin.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be suggestive of an infection that is spreading in all the foot. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible for a physical exam. Starting a local antibiotic may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
