Suggest Remedies For Bug Bites On Left Thigh
I have had what appears to be bug bites at the back of my neck and under the hair for about five years. I also have had a rash behind my right thigh for three years and it is almost gone. Now, I have had about a dozen bug bites on my left outside thigh for about three months. Nothing seems to get rid of the painful bites. I have tried iodine, hydrogen peroxide, 1 percent cortizone ointment and liquid skin to cover the bites. Epsom salt baths seem to help but does not clear up these dark bug bites. What do you reccomend? They also itch. Thank you.

Hello,
I see that you have already used local treatment to relieve the symptoms of the bug bites. I recommend to use antihistamines such as Cetirizine to relieve the itching.
I also recommend using Calamine lotion for local application. If the symptoms continue I suggest taking steroids as oral therapy.
