Suggest Remedies For Caffeine Allergy Resulting In Chest Pain And Nausea
Hi I am suddenly super sensitive to caffeine .. Last 4 months. I used to be able to drink 2-3 cups no problem. Now I can t have 2-3 sips without feeling chest pain, frequent urination, nauseous, and feeling out of control anxious and have to be multi tasking times 10 ( like I m on speed). So weird.. & I have tried over the past couple months experimenting with small amounts of caffeine 50-80 mg and feel terrible. No new medications either.
Most common side effects of caffeine are gastritis and gastric irritation. Once u get the symptoms it's better to avoid taking caffeine. You can try with antacids like Pan- D once a morning before food for 20 days or U can take Nexpro fast once a day for 15 days. After medication u can try with small sips of low concentrate coffee.Still the symptoms persist it's better to avoid.Hope it may help you.
