Suggest Remedies For Central Disc Extrusion

Hello i have degenerative disc disease and joint disease in my back and neck also central disc extrusion at l5 s1, annular tear at l4 l5 as well as a protrusion adn a protrusion in l1 l2 as well as a extra vertabrea in my lumbar pushing them up farther into my thecal sac, I have done physical therapy in the past which helped for a moment, and the dr wants to try physical thereapy again instead of surgery.

Most of the time, disc disease recovers within a period of 6 months but if you still having pain then you should continue medicines and back exercise.
