Suggest Remedies For Cold, Congestion In Chest And Nose
I have had a cold sense September 3rd a total of 9 days, this has progressed from a chest and nose cold to I am running a feaver and my tounge, is swolen, the top of my mouth and have a very hard time breathing, I am a Healthy 39 year old male that up till this point has only been sick a few times,
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cold, congestion in chest and nose which is due to severe upper respiratory tract infection along with poor immunity of body. It could be due to viral infection as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of fluids and apply numbing gel on tongue. You should consult ENT specialist for proper checkup and doctor may order certain tests like blood test, throat swab test and prescribe X-ray chest examination as well. Get immunoglobulin levels monitored. Avoid taking cold beverages and take proper rest. Take proper course of antiviral/antibacterial medication along with antiinflammatory medication.
