General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She is having possible urinary tract infection since she has painful urination and may also have constipation.

She may use laxatives such as senna leaves or lactose. Use lots of cranberry juice. Do a urine analysis to check for infection. Antibiotics may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
