Suggest Remedies For Cramps In The Chest Area And Hand Post Injury

I sipped hot decaf tea, then bent down to switch light on. Slight wind and belched. Cramp like pain left chest, pain in left arm , pins and needles in left hand. Felt a bit nervous then hot, discomfort in stomach then wind other end. Pain in arm worse when reached up to pull light cord in bathroom. Loose at toilet. Pain gone. Lasted about 5 mins.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello....... According to the symptoms you have described i suggest you to get an ECG done for a safe side. If ecg suggests any abnormality you can take medications under a cardiologist. if your ECG is normal then start taking proton pump inhibitors like pantocid-d and antacids along with calcium and magnesium supplements for your belching and cramps. But before that please do get an ecg done for safer side.
thank you
