Suggest Remedies For Depression, Fatigue, Body Tremors And Impaired Balance

I was originally told to take 50 mg once a day, then take that 3x a day, now new doctor prescribed 25mg 3x day. I m a mess and exhausted and extremely depressed, no appetite, don t care about anything, tremor in right side worse and trip over my own feet a lot. Can you advise

Hello Dear. Some of the tips to follow to combat depression and your anxiety state are-
1. Do regular exercise atleast half an hour per day
2. Socialize with people, family and friends
3. Develop some good hobbies- music, sports, reading books
4. Keep yourself busy. An idle mind is devils workshop.
5. Learn meditation techniques.
6. Take medications regularly as prescribed by your doctor
7. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
