Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query your infant has symptoms of diarrhea which seems to be due to food intolerance , food allergy , bacterial or viral infection , parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease.

Need not to worry. You should take plenty of fluids to re-hydrate. Take diet rich in multivitamins and avoid any oily sharp and fast food. Take diet rich in fibres as well. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole along with omeprazole. For now eat light and non spicy You should eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
