Suggest Remedies For Dizziness And Nausea After Tooth Removal
Hi so I had my wisdom teeth surgery on Saturday and since the surgery I've been pretty dizzy, nauseous, and have been sleeping for most of the days, the surgeon put me on antibiotics and a pain reliever that I've been taking but it's just started to make my stomach cramp and makes me sick should I be worried?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain dizziness and nausea seems to be due to side effect of the local anaesthesia that must be given to you prior to surgery while it can also be a side effect of medications like Antibiotics and painkillers.. Stomach discomfort is due to the medication as the antibiotics and painkillers causes hyperacidity and also disrupts digestion..
I would suggest you to consult your treating dentist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help.. As the medication will be stopped the symptoms will improve..
For stomach discomfort you can take pantoprazole empty stomach till you are on medication.. Take more of yoghurt in diet.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
