Primary therapy for endometriosis consists of hormone therapy to control the menstrual pattern , antispasmodic medications as dicyclomine or drotaverine for spasm relief and supportive care. Final cure depends upon the site as well as clinical severity, which may include endoscopic or laparoscopic ablation of endometriosis tissue or else.
