Hello sir, I am 32 years old married guy .I have problem related to penis not getting hard before every thing was OK but from 3 month the penis got reaction but not become hard and this condition i cant insert my penis in vagina , i have no pain nothing else i don t know what is a problem and also sex timing is very low i discharge within seconds not minutes so what i have to do, i am very worried plz give me some suggession

Since you are a young healthy adult your problem would be psychogenic for the erectile dysfunction. Relaxation methods would help you overcome this problem. You may have performance anxiety and you got too much excited that is why you ejaculated within seconds. Exercise and relaxation would do you good.
