Suggest Remedies For Extreme Bloating

after dinner , i started to bloat and can not touch my belly , made my self vommet , had good bowl move yesterday , now no can , my dentist is my friend , i think he said , a fact. or viral , is going around , i can not stand up , courts to move at all

Your symptoms could be due to indigestion, overeating, gastric distension, partial bowel obstruction.
I would suggest to consult the internal medicine specialist and undergo clinical examination and if needed X ray and USG scan.
I will give following treatment in this type of case:
Oral simethicone for faster relieving
Tablet unienzyme
Tablet metoclopramide
Tablet dicyclomine
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
