Sir ..unfortunately knowingly and unknowingly I did over masturbation since 10 years ..now iam 21 ...I'm very weak now and thin underweight 49 ...my hair getting thin ...loss of energy...my mustache colour getting grey ....plz tell me the remedy sir ....can I use nutri gain for gaining back my health and weight ...plz respond quickly sir ....its very urgent sir ...I'll be waiting

First of all I'd like to tell you that masturbation is a safe and healthy habit. Masturbation doesn't cause loss of any physical, mental or reproductive health. So masturbation is a normal physiological phenomenon that is seen in humans after puberty. Even if you are masturbating since last 10 years that would not cause any weakness to your body.

The thinning of hair, loss of energy, hair getting grey etc could be occurring due to nutritional deficiencies. Start taking multivitamin supplements especially consisting of Vitamin B12 and Biotin. Biotin deficiency is one of main reason for hair fall. Take diet rich in proteins and complex carbs. Exercise daily and your general health will be restored.
