Suggest Remedies For Extreme Nausea, Vomiting And Dizziness?
My wife is experiencing severe nausea and vomiting, along with moderate to extreme dizziness and can t lay prone without another onset of vomiting. She ate approx. 3 hours ago and it was left over food....no food allergies.....are known at this time.
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-: 1)Give DOMSTAL-CZ every 8 hourly until vomiting and dizziness stops 2)Give BYO-LYTE ORS every 30 mins interval to prevent dehydration,and if dehydrated give her IV drip 5% DEXTROSE WITH NORMAL SALINE 3)To know the reason of this condition do - a)Full blood count with differential b)Do routine stool and urine examination c)Do make a record of her periods and make a chart to ruled out any migraine attack.
