Suggest Remedies For Extreme Pain In The Knee And Fatigue Post A Knee Injury

I slightly injured my knee when playing netball which I do daily and have done for years, I could play for hours happily without breaking a sweat, but now I get tired easily and I sweat all the time even when not doing much exercise, I also have extremely bad knee pain in both knees and have gained weight, the pain in my knees is off putting and effects me in everyday activity and its a shooting pain which can make me feel faint, I also fainted many times last year and I know that was down to lack of food which I have taken care of, I also have bad tiredness and lack of sleep can you help me? anything can help?

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists you can consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
