Suggest Remedies For Fever, Droopy Eyes And Breathlessness
Since about 3 this afternoon Grace has been running fever of 100-102. Tonight she woke with a fever of 102.4, breathing short, her left eye is droopy and she s extremely hot. Should I ride this out with some Motrine and Tylenol and take her to see you tomorrow?

Fever, dyspnea suggest towards respiratory tract infection
Work up needed as follow.....
_CBC
_Auscultation
_PS for MP
_x ray if needed after examination
According to cause further specific treatment given
Until you consult doctor paracetamol can be given for reducing fever along with cold sponging
