General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As of now continue paracetamol and do sponging to reduce body temperature.
The temperature has to be kept below 100, otherwise, a seizure may be precipitated.
If fever persists better to consult a paediatrician and get evaluated. A complete blood count is required to look for the presence of infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
