Suggest Remedies For Fever, nausea And Bumps All Over The Body

I have 3 boys - 7, 4 & 3. Two days ago they all got a fever around 101 deg. The next day they started getting small bumps on their cheeks. Today they woke up and the bumps were on their faces and necks. By the time they went to bed it had spread to their chests, stomachs and arms. They all say they don t itch or hurt. Later this evening they started to act like they didn t feel good. They were a little nausious and achy. Should I take them to the dr tomorrow?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear,

If the there is no blisters/fluid filled bumps, we need not worry. This is a viral illness, and they will be fine in a couple of days. Give them acetaminophen 3-4 times a day, plenty of fluids and adequate rest. We need to take them to doctor only if the fever persists beyond 3-4 days, lesions are fluid filled or they become very lethargic.

Hope I have answered your query
