Suggest Remedies For Flared Up Anal Fissures
Hello I recently was involved in some rough anal sex, (first time anal sex) well my anus hurts bad. I d assume from the sex itself. I had a little hemorrhoid prior to it, but now I think it s inflamed and angry. I am also noticing little white puss filled bumps that are not itchy or burning. I just feel them when I walk a little and they re horrible when I wipe!

Take antibiotic Tablet Oflox, anti-inflammatory brufen, ointment Smuth locally, Lactulose syp. Avoid constipation, take plentiful oral water and fluids, consume rich fibre diet. Ultimate treatment is surgery (Lord's dilatation).
