General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should monitor your blood pressure for some days. I suggest you reduce salt intake, alcohol, stop smoking.

Exercise regularly, reduce stress with activities like yoga, meeting friends, eating more fruits and vegetables and less fat.

If your blood pressure remains over than 140/100 you should consult with Cardiologist the possibility of taking antihypertensive medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
