My dad is 70 years and hes been drinking alcohol since he was young age now he s complaining of he can t swallow food because he has this formy thick salivary in his throat that he has to spit it out anytime hes swallowing food which is bordering him alot..What can I do to help my Dad

As per the history I would suggest you to go to a relevant health centre and get complete evaluation done to rule out o esophageal cancer or other problem associated with it considering his age and alcohol history
