Suggest Remedies For Forgetfulness And Lack Of Focus Post A Head Injury

So march 6 I hit my head pretty hard on a metal drain cart from work, I felt dizzy at first I had misdirection, couldn t focus , and I was forgetting things , I did not experience any bleeding . I feel a dent in the left front close to the middle of my head and I can feel the pain from that general area but not like a headache , I don t have insurance , it is now march 13 .I waited a whole week it still hurts and I still have some what hard time focusing

There are certain criteria that are used to determine if a CT scan is needed after a minor head injury.

These criteria are called the new orleans criteria and they include headache/pain and visible trauma above the clavicle (such as the dent that you mentioned).

This means that you have at least 2 of the criteria needed for CT scan.

This would be the best option at this stage.
