hi i am 34 yrs female i have this problem from last one year i am sensitive to light specially sunlight and head lights from cars at night.. very seneitive to smells and lately my head starts hurting if it is too cold or hot outside i want to be normal what should i do about these symptoms. also rear left side of my head, there is a little bump.. please help me...

take all precautionary measures to overcome these.
properly cover your whole body when you happen to go out.
use a sun glass.
