Suggest Remedies For Hair Loss

Hello!! I ve been prescribe vitamin d 50,000 units. The dosage is once weekly. I also take plaquenil once daily. Been on this med for 19 years. I m having hair problem. My hair lost is the nape of neck. Farther up right side. Going upward. Please help. It s not bald. It s breakage. My scalp isn t flaky. I use non sulfate shampoo. Please help!!!! I been taking vitamin for a year. This breakage been going on since January 2016.
