A 52 year old man, drinks 6 beers a night, works from 7-9pm(is a football coach and teacher)lifts 300+ pounds takes preworkout drinks, has high blood pressure, gout and high cholesterol, just went thru a divorce... is this a time bomb ready to explode.

First of all, he could stop alcohol in order to have a good impact in his blood pressure and overall health. He may consider visiting a psychologist about his situation. Also he should keep a well balanced diet with fruits, vegetables and fiber included.
