General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Stress may cause spikes in blood pressure and sweating and dizziness so this may well be the cause of the symptoms of your husband. On the other hand, stress is a diagnosis we consider after we have ruled out physiological causes so it is best for your husband to see a doctor and have a good examination to make sure of the cause of his symptoms and rule out important conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
