Hi,
With nonconception for 5 years.. both of you need to be checked for fertility. Go to a fertility specialist &get investigated to ascertain normality /find cause of lack of conception...followed by specific management for normal ovulation/good sperm count &patent fallopian tubes -for good rate of conception.
Once that is confirmed unprotected sex around ovulation with vitamine E&Folic acid supplements for both the partners helps.
