hi sir this saranya. married in 8 month. but not pregnant. so i check in doctor. . told in all check up in ruin rest, hemoglobin test, scan ,thyrod test completed. but all normal report.so doctor advice mcbm 60.and some tablet, y reason of mcbm teblet sir plz tel me

Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.
It is very good that findings are fine and 8 months us still to early to define it as Infertility since at least 1 years should pass before this is concluded. These tablets are actually folic acid vitamin and these are used during pregnancy to prevent some fetus disorders and there is point of taking it only if you are pregnant. I suggest to try few more months to have baby naturally and then if there is no success you should consider iVF.
