Suggest Remedies For Inflammation And Blood On Penis Head

Hi Dr. Just last night my girlfriend and I had unprotected sex. She has the nuvaring and while we were having intercourse I can feel the it hit the tip of my penis. I woke up the next morning to urinate and I got a burning feeling and there was slight inflammation & blood on the tip. What do you suggest it was and what should I do?

Hello,

This is mostly a traumatic injury. Novaring might have caused penile injury. No need to worry much about this.

Apply betadine cream on the lesion. Avoid Intercourse for 1 week. Wear loose fitted cotton clothes. Don't wear tight pants.
